The CW has released the official description for the 7th episode of Season 1 of “Superman & Lois”.
Titled “Man of Steel” this episode is scheduled to air on The CW in the USA on Tuesday, May 25 at 9.00pm ET/PT.
DAVID RAMSEY DIRECTS THE EPISODE
Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) struggles to help Jordan (Alex Garfin) who is grappling with a new power. Meanwhile, Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) enlists Clark’s help which leads to a surprise encounter. Emmanuelle Chriqui, Jordan Elsass, Dylan Walsh, Erik Valdez, Inde Navarrette and Wole Parks also star.
The episode was directed by David Ramsey and written by Jai Jamison.
Good to hear Diggle’s name back in the Arrowverse again. Hope to see him in front of the camera in Superman and Lois also!
I know that what Diggle found is what most likely is a GL ring in the end of last year’s crossover, but I’m just hoping that he doesn’t use it or not that much on Superman’s show. Don’t get me wrong, I would like to see him be Green Lantern, I just don’t want him to steal Superman’s heroic spotlight and leave him in his shadow. This show is Superman and Lois, not Green Lantern. If Superman is the ONLY superhero on his show, then that means Superman will never crossover with another superhero. Might as well have Superman alone with no cousin [Supergirl], no Flash, no anyone else who’s a superhero. I, respectfully, disagree. I believe Superman is a strong enough character in his own right to be able to be in the presence of other superheroes (or those superheroes be in his presence) and it not be an issue. Well I guess I’m going to have to respectfully disagree with you on this one. As I said before, Tyler’s Superman has had some problems with his image. And to add in other heroes is just to soon. I have no problem with there being other heroes, but for right now Tyler’s Superman needs to be established that he is the primary and go to superhero for his series becacuse it’s his show. I love John Diggle. I met the actor twice and took a picture with him.
I want to see him as Green Lantern on Superman & Lois and throughout the DC shows.
I‘m glad to hear that you are a fan of Diggle and that you are so lucky to have met the actor who plays him. I’m sure that if he gets to play green lanturn, he will be excellent in the role.
