The CW has released a gallery of 17 photos from the 4th episode of Season 1 of “Superman & Lois”.
Titled “Haywire” this episode is scheduled to air on The CW in the USA on Tuesday, March 16 at 9.00pm ET/PT.
TRUTH
While sitting in the stands at the high school football game, Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) and Chrissy (guest star Sofia Hasmik) spot fish out of water Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner) conversing with Mayor Dean and Kyle Cushing (Erik Valdez), and the two see right through this insincere move to try to win over the town. Meanwhile, Clark (Tyler Hoechlin) agrees to help Lois out at a town hall meeting, but things get tense when he finds himself pulled in two different directions. Lastly, Jonathan (Jordan Elsass) is having mixed emotions about Jordan’s (Alex Garfin) newfound status. Emmanuelle Chriqui, Inde Navarrette, Wolé Parks and Dylan Walsh also star.
The episode was written by Michael Narducci and directed by James Bamford.
One thing I’ll give this show is it how it balances grounded, gritty, and optimistic with a small side of cheese.
Superman the Animated Series did it pretty well too.
Now if we could just get a new movie to balance this.
SnyderCut of Justice League is the end to a trilogy.

I really wish the color drained palette from MOS had not become requisite. Kinda undercuts the optimism when everything looks barely above grey. Even the last cartoon feature had that lifeless look and now it’s in the CW show at a time when The Flash is allowed to have his bold red.
