The official Facebook page for the “Justice League” movie has been updated with a new cover photo that includes Superman (Henry Cavill) in the Alex Ross inspired group photo.
Superman is positioned front and center, taking the place previously occupied by the tagline “You Can’t Save The World Alone”.
A new international poster of the same character photos also sees Superman join the group, just below the “Justice League” logo.
Very Alex Ross.
That is one amazing photo! It looks epic!!
Looks great! I’d love to have this as a huge wall poster for my room.
Hey……and his lip looks great!!!!!!!
Looks like this was the plan all along… Not so much of a jumbled mess as critics and negative fanboys are making it out to be.
here is a larger res one I found, for those that want to save as wallpapers
About time …
This is the first time any of the promotional material has felt complete.
The most positive buzz around this film has been Superman’s portrayal which hopefully will turn into another Superman film with Henry as the lead.
I know why they removed Superman from the original posters, but in retrospect, they should’ve had him in. Even if the plan changed and Superman was supposed to be the antagonist originally (as rumored), the moment the re-shoots happened, he should’ve been added, spoilers be damned. It really may had helped with those ticket sales; we like to play or doom and gloom, but the Superman IP is still massive and has cultural relevance. It draws attention and this poster looks fantastic (thank you Alex Ross). Bad miscalculation.
I hated the idea of having an entire JL movie go by not only mostly without Superman but having him be a bad guy when he shows up and waiting a whole other movie for him to finally get un-mind woogied and be Superman.
It looks weird with him positioned down there. Are the other heroes on step ladders, or is Superman kneeling?
In the original picture they’re standing side by side they just took the same picture and put the figures around the logo.
