Superman at the Movies

Below is a list of Superman movies screening for the week ahead in the USA at a theater or drive-in near you. Anyone in other regions of the world who would like to contribute is more than welcome to add their listings in the comments section below.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (All times are relevant for the location)

“Superman: The Movie” will screen at the Clark Cinemas 10 theater in Enterprise, Alabama on Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20 at 12.45pm, 3.45pm and 6.45pm each day.

“Superman: The Movie” will screen at the Showcase Cinema de Lux Springdale in Springdale, Ohio on Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20 at either 2.20pm and/or 7.25pm each day. Check days for times.

“Superman: The Movie” will screen at the Showcase Cinemas Warwick in Warwick, Rhode Island on Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20 at 2.30pm and 6.20pm each day.

“Superman: The Movie” will screen at the Halls Cinema 7 in Knoxville, Tennessee on Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20 at 12.40pm, 3.45pm and 6.50pm each day.

“Superman: The Movie” will screen at the Megaplex Theatres South Jordan – The District in South Jordan, Utah on Monday, August 17 through Thursday, August 20 at 1.00pm and 7.25pm each day.

According to boxofficemojo.com last weekend The Empire Strikes Back and Jurassic Park were the second and fourth respectively highest grossing films of last weekend. I see no reason Superman the Movie can’t return to the number one spot for the first time in 41 years…

I’d contribute if the local drive in was playing it, but they’re running Mama Mia! And we totally need to be subject to the musical stylings of Pierce Brosnan again…

I wish that Superman the movie was playing in a theater near me. Unfortunately there isn’t any showings, and the closest theater near me is about an hour away. And even if there was theater that was near me, there’s still the covid situation going around. It’s really unfortunate. 🙁
