Oh no, not Kara too. Supergirl is not meant to be dark, sad, and way too serious. If I had to guess, Kara we’ll be back to her usual happy self in the 3rd or 4th episode of the season.
Here’s hoping, anyway.

Is it just me or does this trailer remind anyone else of when Clark abandoned his Clark Kent identity and was the blur in the beginning of season 9 of Smallville?
I think she’ll find a way back to being happy again. Kara Danvers is an important part of her identity just as Supergirl is. So I don’t think there is cause for worry.
I am very happy to see this new trailer, even if it is a bit dark. It shows that more adventures are on the way for Supergirl.
Between Superman & Supergirl I’m tired of the dark stuff and making them evil or brainwashed or going over to the darkside. You want the darkside either have it be Batman or leave it for Star Wars and the Sith.
