The CW’s superhero TV shows “Arrow”, “The Flash”, and newcomer “Black Lightning” all join forces on one cover, while “Supernatural” and “Riverdale” also receive covers. “Supergirl” is the only version to feature a solo character on the cover.
The four collectible covers will hit newsstands and digital platforms on July 18. However, those lucky fans going to San Diego for the convention will be able to pick up copies by visiting the Warner Bros. booth (#4545) beginning with Preview Night on Wednesday, July 19, and continuing through the end of the event on Sunday, July 23.
The 88-page special issue features photos, previews and never-before-seen animations from new and returning WBTV shows, including “The 100”, “The Big Bang Theory”, “Blindspot”, “Lucifer”, “Justice League Action” and “Black Lightning”. A 20-page pull-out Archie comic based on “Riverdale” is just one of the unique highlights of the Comic-Con magazine.
