Absolutely. As long as he’s not going to moved into an area of adolescent nonsense.

I agree afriend. They should just recast and Reboot.
Now I can see that this opinion poll says yes, but will it happen? That’s another thing entirely. What Cavill fans want may not be what the people in charge of the DCEU want. It’s like when Jason Momoa said that Cavill is still Superman. Now he may want him to still be Superman, but he has no say on Cavill keeping the role. So at this point in time,It’s a matter of wait and see. Whether if Cavill returns or not and they recast the role of Superman or not only time will tell.
Henry as Superman sadly has all the Snyder baggage attached. I’m not sure how you have the same actor jump versions successfully so Superman is probably going to need a clean slate across the board. That is not Henry’s fault. He played the part as written and directed.
MattC…unfortunately you may be right. As you know the last guy running the WB/DC end of things resigned. It was just this week I read that they’ve appointed a woman to that position. I’m sure the AT&T merger has stalled any forward movement as well. BUT…with that position being filled MAYBE we’ll be getting some positive news. In the mean time the only new Superman anything might just be the Snyder cut of the JL!
