The recently remastered version of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” in 4K Ultra HD is now available to stream on HBO Max.

Zack Snyder has regraded the color, restoring the movie to have a variable aspect ratio presentation that switches between 2.35:1 and 1.43:1 for the IMAX sequences.
We will let you know when the 4K Ultra HD Blu-Ray for the remastered edition of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is available to purchase through Amazon.com.
I have HBOMax and it’s not there. I even called and asked about it and I had a customer service representative tell me that he didn’t see anything about it in his system. So idk…

I have it too and unless they just replaced the version they have had on there for the past month its not there.
Okay, I don’t have HBO Max, so I had to look around a little bit and apparently there was a “glitch”, so they have delayed the release of the movie. The article is correct, the official accounts did tweet that the film came out, but they apparently dropped the ball on this. Worse, I had a look at the accounts now and they haven’t updated with more information, even though people ask them about it. HBOmax has never said this will be on their service; WB is just saying it’s available for purchase. I think you misinterpreted these press releases.
