The classic black-suited Superman is getting an elaborate, detailed statue rendition, courtesy of Prime 1 Studios. Limited to 750 total pieces, the statue will cost $999.
Featuring a rotating base, a removable beard, and changeable hair, the piece will stand almost 42 inches high.
Available for pre-order now, the statue is projected to arrive between July and November of 2020.

Wow, is this really worth 999$? Not really an affordable price I would say. However, if I didn´t have to feed my family and if I had 2 fulltime jobs I would buy at least two of them or so. Sorry, as a Superman collector I would love to have one of those but this is just ridiculous…
Yeah I understand if it’s was $150 or $200,and even those prices are expensive, but $999? That’s way to expensive.
This is pretty neat.. but it kinda doesn’t know what it wants to be. Superman(boy)-Prime? Resurrection-suit Superman? Post-Convergence Superman? It’s kinda all of these, yet also none of them fully.
That all said, though, it *is* a beautiful sculpt!
