The CW production has honored Noel Neill by naming one of the sound stages for the “Superman & Lois” production Noel Stages after the first actress to play Lois Lane.
Elizabeth “Bitsie” Tulloch, who plays Lois Lane on the series, posted the following photo of the sign that adorns the Costume Department door, with a photo of Noel Neill and the following information:
Noel Neill (November 25, 1920 – July 3, 2016) was the first actress to play Lois Lane in the film serials “Superman” in 1948 and “Atom Man vs. Superman” in 1950, as well as the 1950s television series “Adventures of Superman”.
As we reported earlier, Kirk Alyn is also similarly honored on the door of Stage 2. It is yet unconfirmed if other Superman actors are similarly honored on other stage doors of the studio.
Starring Tyler Hoechlin and Bitsie Tulloch in the title roles, the “Superman & Lois” TV series will premiere on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 on The CW.

Nice!
Very classy of them to honor Noel Neil. 🙂
With this recent photo of the Noel Neil stage door photo, I have a gut feeling that we’re going to see the first official look at Tyler’s new Superman suit very soon. Probably within the next few days if not a week or so. 🙂
I’m digging this vibe here behind the scenes. Wonderful way to honor “The First Lady of Metropolis.”
