June 26, 2020: Cycling Superman Raises Funds for Cancer Research

Superman fan Patrick Rogers is a cycling Superman!

Each year in Columbus, Ohio, Patrick participates in a huge cycling event called Pelatonia which raises funds for cancer research... but he does dressed in full Superman costume!

Pelotonia began in 2008 as a two-day bike ride to raise funds for cancer research at the Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center - The James. To date, the event has raised over $120 million dollars.

Speaking on a recent "One Goal" podcast episode Patrick talks about how he cycles in the event, dressed as Superman, to honor another "Man of Steel" in his life... his father, Dan Rogers, who passed away in February 2018.

You can support Patrick's fundraising efforts by making a donation towards his Pelotonia ride.
