November 2, 2017: Official "Justice League" Knitted Christmas Sweaters from Merchoid
Merchoid has revealed a line of officially licensed Justice League Christmas Jumpers. Each knitted jumper is themed around a Justice League member putting a superhero twist on the classic Christmas jumper.Merchoid's community manager, Jessica Adams, had the following to say "Ever wondered how Santa is able to deliver presents all over the world in the space of a few hours? Fly across the sky navigating the globe through all weathers? Scale buildings and stealthily squeeze through impossible spaces or even seek the truth as to who's been naughty or nice... we think he may have had a little super human help."
First up in the line up is the Superman: Kryptonian Christmas Sweater/Jumper. A vibrant Christmas jumper in Superman's classic colours, yellow, red and blue. On the chest is a large Superman emblem against a light blue background. Blended into the traditional fairisle pattern are smaller Superman logo's. Within a very similar colour scheme, the Wonder Woman: Winter Wonder-land Christmas Sweater/Jumper incorporates Wonder Woman's iconic WW logo into a patriotic stars and snowflakes pattern.
Jessica continues; "Christmas is a fantastic time of year, however it can often be chaotic with a lot of things to pack into short space of time. Through channeling your inner super hero, you will be able to use your powers of persuasion to keep the peace when fights erupt over who gets to pull the turkey wishbone and heroically save the day when you realise you've forgotten the Christmas crackers!"
Next up is The Flash: Run Run Rudolph Christmas Sweater. Central to the design is the Flash's striking lighting bolt emblem with a large icon on the chest as well as on both sleeves. Smaller logo's work their way into the fairisle diamond repeating pattern.
Last but not least is the Batman: A Freeze Is Coming Christmas Sweater/Jumper. Channeling the dark knight, the black and greytone knitted jumper features bats with their wings outstretched with a large glowing yellow bat signal overlaying the design.
