January 28, 2017: President Trump Reimagined as President Luthor
On "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" the other night, host Jimmy Kimmel spoke about President Donald Trump's interview with David Muir of ABC News, saying that quotes from the interview evoked a very Lex Luthor feel."I know people have been saying Trump sounds like a supervillain sometimes," he explained, "but last night he sounded so much like a supervillain, we took his words, and we matched them up with a video from the 'Justice League' cartoon. Here's what happens when the Man of Steel meets the President of Gold."
The scene used in the above video is from the 2003 episode of the "Justice League" animated series titled "A Better World", in which Lex Luthor of an alternate earth is elected president of the United States of America.
