October 19, 2016: Little Girl Dresses as Supergirl for School Photo
School photos are always an interesting day, and many of us look back on those photos and what we wore with some embarrassment many years later... Not for one little girl.A father (only known as kjaj1213 on Reddit) posted a photo of his daughter's school photograph with the message: "My daughter got to pick what she wore for her school pictures. Daddy approves".
The little girl chose to wear her Supergirl costume, and pose for her school photo while embracing her Henry Cavill Superman doll.
Along with the picture, the proud father also shared that he and his wife recently learned that his daughter is 75% deaf and that the whole family is currently in the process of learning American Sign Language. "She's learning so much faster than us though! I love how much her learning sign has opened up her expressiveness and vocabulary it's so heart warming to see her grow and become her self. We've started attending deaf groups and get togethers once a month and it's helping her confidence is signing tenfold."
