March 2, 2016: HeroClix "World's Finest" Collection
WizKids, makers of the popular HeroClix superhero battling tabletop games, recently announced the release of a new series of HeroClix figures - DC Comics HeroClix: World's Finest. Produced in cooperation with DC Comics, the "World's Finest" set includes popular heroes and villains such as Superman, Batman, Poison Ivy, Supergirl, Nightwing and Metallo.
- With the launch of the World's Finest set, both Booster Bricks and a Fast Forces Pack are available to help fans easily grow their HeroClix collections. Each DC Comics HeroClix: World's Finest Booster Brick contains ten 5-figure boosters. The World's Finest set contains 16 Common, 16 Uncommon, 16 Rare, 12 Super-rare, 6 Chase and 4 Prime figures, so Booster Bricks are an excellent option for securing a chance at collecting all these varied figure options.
Players looking to enhance their HeroClix experience can also look forward to new Dice & Token packs as part of the World's Finest product line, including 2 custom dice featuring Batman logos and 6 action tokens.
The DC Comics HeroClix: World's Finest set features heroes and villains from the Superman/Batman comics as well as three major sub-themes of the Metal Men, the misfit heroes of the Doom Patrol and a mystical sub-theme that includes well-known magic users such as Jason Blood as well as a collection of generic magic/supernatural characters such as witches, warlocks, apprentices and demons.
