September 24, 2015: A Look Back at "Superman Bread" From 1966
Beyond archiving and preserving rare comic books, the Q-Collection also preserves other interesting comic book related items, such as this rare Superman Bread Wrapper from 1966.
- 1966 $0.29 cent SUPERMAN BREAD WRAPPER. This very rare wrapper has been included with the Q-Collection Bonuses. Bonus Sections can be found in the back of each of the 60 Q-Collection tri-wood binders.
Here are a few of the MANY HUNDREDS of comic book-related bonuses that John Sindall, the project founder, has preserved for the kids and historians of the many millennium to come.
What is the value of this rarity? No one really knows. It seems that John did happily pay a fair amount for both this Superman and a Batman wrapper. And they are great investments if they bring smiles to future generations. Who could not love this type of thing? As it says on the wrapper...

And on the reverse side, "HIGHLY NUTRITIONAL"
