February 7, 2010: "Absolute Justice" Sets Highest "Smallville" Ratings

SeattlePI.com reports that the 2-hour "Absolute Justice" tele-movie which aired on Friday, February 5th on The CW, set the show's highest ratings for the season, while breaking other CW network records...

    Smallville's two-hour movie "Absolute Justice" brought in the series' absolute best ratings all season, grabbing 2.8 million viewers Friday. The ratings were not only Smallville's best all season; it was also the CW's best Friday showing since September 2008. "Absolute Justice" also brought in the series' highest numbers in the adults 18-to-49 demo, with a 1.2 rating.

While the numbers are encouraging from a CW perspective, it's hard to get too excited when repeats of "House" and "Law and Order" received higher ratings in the same time slot.
