December 10, 2008: Foxtel Secures First-Run Rights to "Smallville" in Australia

The Australian newspaper has revealed that Foxtel has secured first-run rights to "Smallville" from the Ten network.

The deal with Warner Bros. means that Australian fans must be Foxtel subscribers to see new episodes of "Smallville" (which will likely continue to air on Fox8).
