May 12, 2008: “Mole Man” Jerry Maren's Life Story Released

Jerry Maren, the actor who played one of the Mole Men in "Superman and the Mole Men" starring George Reeves, has just released a new book titled "Short and Sweet: The Life and Times of the Lollipop Munchkin".

As the book's title suggests, Jerry's most famous role was as one of the Munchkins of the Lollipop Guild in the movie "The Wizard of Oz".

Jerry appeared as a special guest at the 2007 Superman Celebration in Metropolis, Illinois.
