October 28, 2008: Secrets of the Superman Bible
If you didn't read "Wizard" magazine (issue #205) recently, then you missed out on an article titled "Secrets of the Superman Bible", which gave readers a peek inside the coveted document revealing all the Man of Steel's comic book mysteries.The article is now available online at WizardUniverse.com...
- Like the lost Ark of the Covenant, the Superman bible tends to eradicate those who look directly upon it. And although DC Comics spared Wizard complete annihilation by blocking out some MAJOR spoilers when they provided us with the document's first page - which details key plot points regarding plans for the Man of Steel all the way to the end of 2010 - our fan curiosity and general neuroses drove us crazier than Brainiac for answers.
Turning to the Bible's own scribes, we asked Geoff Johns (Action Comics), James Robinson (Superman) and new Supergirl writer Sterling Gates to reveal - or at least tease - some of the many secrets locked inside.
