June 7, 2007: Crocs Licensed to Produce Characters Superman & Batman

Crocs Inc announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with both Crocs Inc and Jibbitz, LLC to allow the two companies to license properties by Warner Bros. Consumer Products on behalf of Looney Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, and Scooby-Doo for use with their footwear and shoe charms.

Crocs Inc and Jibbitz, LLC were awarded a license to produce merchandise based on DC Comics' characters BATMAN and SUPERMAN. Jibbitz, LLC products will be available in early summer with other Crocs Inc products to follow in 2007. Other Crocs footwear designs will feature classic characters including Bugs Bunny, Tweety, The Flintstones, The Jetsons, Scooby-Doo, and many others.

Crocs shoes have become a bona-fide phenomenon, widely acknowledged as an all purpose shoe for comfort and fashion. Crocs shoes are available all over the world and along with Jibbitz shoe charms, allow Crocs Inc and Jibbitz, LLC to team with WBCP to bring classic characters to the best-selling footwear.
