Heroes Museum

March 29, 2007: Grand Opening of American Super Heroes Museum

The American Super Heroes Museum, featuring Superman costumes and Batman collectibles, is all set to open its doors at 10.00am Saturday, March 31.

The museum, located at 20 W. Louisiana St., in Downtown Indianapolis, will house the collection of Dane Nash of Fishers, who became fascinated with super heroes at the age of 5.

About half the 3,300 square-foot museum will be devoted to Superman costumes and other items, with the other half showing Batman items.

The museum will also have a monthly tribute to real-life heroes and professions.

The museum's hours of operation are from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.

Admission is $5 or $3 for seniors over 60. Children under 8 with an adult are admitted for free.
