December 17, 2006: Phil Morris to Play Martian Manhunter
According to Comics Continuum, Phil Morris has been cast to play the role of the Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz) in the current season of "Smallville".
- Morris, 47, has dozens of television roles in his resume but perhaps is best known as Jackie Chiles, the Johnnie Cochrane-like laywer, in several episodes of Seinfeld.
Morris has previous experience with the Justice League. He provided the voice of Vandal Savage for six episodes of Cartoon Network's Justice League, one of numerous voiceovers he has done.
