September 22, 2004: DC Sends “Identity Crisis #1” for Second Printing
Were you one of the unlucky few to miss out on the landmark IDENTITY CRISIS #1? If so, fear not! DC is going back to press on the issue that kicked off the 7-issue murder-mystery written by Brad Meltzer (GREEN ARROW) with art by Rags Morales & Michael Bair (HAWKMAN) and covers by Michael Turner (SUPERMAN/BATMAN)!IDENTITY CRISIS #1 Second Printing is available for order now and is scheduled to arrive in stores on October 13 with a cover price of $3.95 U.S. This new printing features an alternate cover by Turner, presenting a "negative" version of the original pencils without inking or coloring.
"You can't tell a good story without great characters, and IDENTITY CRISIS not only opens up the hearts and the minds of the heroes we know, but it spotlights the ones we should know," says Morales. "That said, the miniseries' success shows how intelligent our audience and retailers are - literature really works in comics! A big, hearty thank you to all our supporters."
