2001 TV News Archives
October 9, 2001: Justice League Re-Scheduled and Online!
Originally set down to air at 8.30pm on Monday nights, the "Justice League" Animated Series has been re-scheduled to now air at 9.30pm instead. The movie-length premiere episode will be shown on Saturday November 17th at 7.00pm and then again the following night (Sunday 18th) at 9.00pm.Of special note is that fact that Monday night episodes will be repeated on Fridays at 7.30pm and again on Sundays at 8.30pm.
Cartoon Network has also announced an area on its website devoted to the new animated series. Not fully complete, the Justice League website is currently a sneak peek at what's to come.
The completed site will be launched on November 12th and promises to include a history of the Justice League, Justice League-themed games, story boards, model sheets, backgrounds and sketches, and commentary from producer Bruce Timm. Clips from the show will also be available online.
