July 10, 2001: Animated Justice League Premiere Date
According to the World's Finest website, the Justice League Animated Series is scheduled to premiere on Saturday, November 17th, 2001. Justice League will air in the 7pm (ET) timeslot. The show is expected to premiere during its popular Cartoon Theatre show. The premiere episode, a 90 minute "movie" comprised of the first three episodes, is expected to air in that slot, and later the next week, either as a whole, or divided up into three timeslots.An exclusice preview of this up-coming animated series is due to be shown at this year's San Diego Comic Con on Saturday, July 21st at 3:30pm in Room 6CDEF. Cartoon Network Presents: Justice League - An exclusive preview of the greatly anticipated new animated series Justice League premiering November 17, 2001, only on Cartoon Network. In addition to never before seen video and slides, Mike Lazzo and Linda Simensky of Cartoon Network will moderate a select panel of Justice League producers including Bruce Timm, Rich Fogel, James Tucker, and Glen Murakami. The panel will discuss the show's direction, challenges and new character developments.
