November 28, 2001: Vertigo Superman?
It was reported in Wizard Magazine #124 (January 2002) that rumor had it a hardcover Superman project was being edited by Vertigo head Karen Berger... a book that would be giving a Vertigo spin on the Man of Steel...The Superman Homepage caught up with Eddie Berganza who was able to confirm this rumor, and give us the following information:
"Yes, Karen is working on a book that vaguely relates to Superman (it's more the story of a guy working on a Superman screenplay while his life falls apart than an actual Superman story)."
More news on this project as it comes to hand.
