DC Entertainment has posted the 28th episode of Season 2 of the “DC Super Hero Girls” online animated shorts:
“Hero of the Month: Beast Boy” – Hero of the Month goes to Beast Boy! Whether he transforms into a ferocious crocodile or an friendly octopus, Beast Boy always saves the day in unexpected ways.
NOTE: Even though we’re currently in Season 3, it appears this episode from Season 2 was missed and only now just released.

You know, I’m glad DC has had success promoting their heroes to girls. I believe in empowering young people. I just wish they had opted to make the line more gender inclusive to begin with. Super Hero Teens, or Super Hero High. I see so much these days geared towards enriching the lives on young ladies, which I am for, but it seems like young boys are left out in the cold. When was the last time, if ever, you heard some talk about ‘boy power?’
