Green Torch and Flashraptor search for Aquanyx after defeating their foes. Batsaur is on a quest for revenge. Wonderdon prepares for battle, and Supersaur is doing some soul searching The Jurassic League will really need to work as a team if they are to stop the Dark Embryo.
Aquanyx has been rescued by Flashraptor and Green Torch. This doesn’t stop the Dark Embryo from eating Reverse Slash and Jokerzard. Its latest meal allows the Dark Embryo to hatch, bringing forth Darklyoseid. The Dark Dinogod’s intention is to conquer this world and rid it of its dinoheroes. His first target is Trimyscira.
Story – 5: It’s truly a pity that this is only a six issue mini-series. This is utterly goofy fun that the comics’ industry’s big two need right now. There are some good new comics out there now. However, in general, the quality of Marvel and DC books has not been what it used to be. This book, however, is a breath of fresh air – albeit a demented one filled with laughing gas. It takes a simple concept, and it makes it work in ways that defy mere words.
Art – 5: The concept feels larger than life with each panel and page of every issue so far. I hope we see more in a monthly or a sequel.
Cover Art – 5: Like the interiors, the art on this is perfect for this series and its concept.
Variant Cover Art – 5: Booth really gets the style of this series, all while using his own. This variant is amazing.
