The Legion of Super-Heroes and Justice League members are stranded in various points in time thanks to the Great Darkness, which may or may not be a result of the Legion’s abuse of time. Computo has brought both teams to the 31st Century using Legion Flight Rings as a tether. However, there are unforeseen setbacks. Green Arrow is a teenager, Black Adam is elderly, and the Great Darkness has consumed the sky of New Earth?
Story – 3: Truth be told, this is a perfect story. Yet, the utter lateness of this issue’s release hampers the quality of what is otherwise an amazing comic. Had it come our in a timely manner, I would not be so hard on it. I understand, as I stated last time, that things can happen to cause deadlines to be missed. However, this series’ delays are nearly on the level of “Ultimate Wolverine Versus Hulk” or “Spider-Man and The Black Cat: The Evil That Men Do”. At this rate, there will be new Doctor Who episodes before this concludes. I still love this book, but DC and the creative team need to get things together if they don’t want apathetic readers like me.
Art – 5: Unlike the release dates, the art has been consistent. It’s still very good. Scott Godlewski is a highly underrated artist.
Cover Art – 4: I feel like we should see this image from a different angle for some reason.
Variant Cover Art – 5: This is another incredible variant by Travis Moore. All his images for this series should be a wrap-around cover for the collected edition.
