Batman and Harley Quinn are in search of Godzilla’s one true ally Mothra.

Kong has followed the Titanized Cheetah to King Ghidorah and the other Titans. Who are already engaged in battle with Flash, Green Lantern, and a massive Martian Manhunter-transformed dragon. In support, Green Lantern conjures up a massive Parallax construct. Unfortunately, after some big talk about casting a long shadow that will eclipse Barry, Wally is frozen by the frost Titan Shimo.

Kong and the Justice League members are no match for King Ghidorah and his Titans. Fortunately, Mister Terrific and Aquaman are working on reactivating the King of the Monsters, Godzilla who has retreated to the ocean floor to heal from his last battle.Once to the surface Godzilla is joined by Mothra whose powers also help to accelerate Godzilla’s healing.

Mister Terrific Boom Tubes Aquaman to Hollow Earth to get the aid of Superman, Supergirl, and Wonder Woman who Titanized themselves in preparation for the battle.

The battle between the Titans and the heroes rages for nine pages. Highlights include Green Lantern providing a construct of gladiatorial gear for Kong to fight, and Harley Quinn and Batman destroying the Crystal that the Skar King has been using to control Shimo.

The combined power of Shimo, Godzilla, Supergirl, and Superman is what it ultimately needed to defeat King Ghidorah. With the Titans defeated the Justice League returned to their Earth… minus a few?

3Story – 3: With nine pages of fighting this was a fast paced issue, but at the end it was just okay. This is the final issue of “Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong 2”. It could be said that this second installment has been cooler than the first, but the first had a stronger story.

4Art – 4: It cannot be understated that the strength of Christian Duce is his Titans. The art for the series has been great, but this issue was underwhelming. After struggling to find a page to highlight, ultimately I settled on the final fight between Kong and Skar King. Assisted by Green Lantern, Kong has a construct mace that he uses to knock out Skar.

4Cover Art – 4: Good final cover featuring Godzilla, Kong, King Ghidorah, and Rodan. While the monsters take up three quarters of the cover, the Justice League take up the remaining quarter. The Justice League looks great spotlighted by Superman.

There are variant covers by Carmine Di Giandomenico, Alan Quahr, and Kevin Maguire.

The Carmine Di Giandomenico variant is the best of the four covers. The art and color is dynamic. Front and center is an energetic Kong. Also featured is Godzilla, Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Mister Terrific.

The Alan Quah variant is the final in the series of connecting covers; it features Kong with his Godzilla battle axe, some robot, Enchantress, and Harley Quinn fighting hordes of Monsterverse monsters.

The final variant by Kevin Maguire features the foot of Godzilla and a Green Lantern.
