Jon Kent/Superman wants to help the Titans with all the chaos happening on Earth, but is instead tasked by Donna Troy/Wonder Girl to look after some of the kids on the Watchtower: Jeffery PJ Holt/Fairplay (son of Mr. Terrific); Judy Garrick/The Boom (daughter of Jay Garrick/The Flash); Lian Harper/Cheshire Cat (daughter of Roy Harper/Arsenal and Cheshire); and Raghu Seetharaman/Quiz Kid (the time displaced sidekick of the original Mr. Terrific). Jon really wants to help with the other stuff, but he’s tasked with the kids anyway.

Which turns out to be a good idea, because the kids decide to go after Granny Goodness on their own! The kids manage to fool Jon and get on earth, where they encounter Granny and her latest army, consisting of: Bernadeth, Lashina, Gilotina, Mad Harriet, and the corrupted Irey West/Thunderheart, Yara Flor/Wonder Girl and Courtney Whitmore/Star Girl.

Jon gets desperate, and asks Cassandra Cain/Batgirl for help, after offering her 4 I.O.U’s. They find Fairplay, the only one left standing as his friends all got kidnapped by Granny. Relating to his lost childhood innocence, the two heroes help him get the other kids back. A big fight commences, but just when all hope is lost…

Static returns, and saves the day.

With the now free Thunderheart, Wonder Girl and Star Girl, the heroes await for the next attack of Granny Goodness…

To Be Continued…

4Story – 4: Quite an enjoyable issue! I wasn’t sure about the idea at first, but it was a nice story for Jon’s character and a great way to involve some ignored heroes so far, plus a way to give Granny Goodness some stuff to do! I gaped when Static appeared, to be honest.

3Art – 3: It’s a more stock art style so it’s hard to praise it a lot. It looks nice, but that’s about it.

2Cover Art – 2: TEh, not the best. It’s a bit too generic, and doesn’t feature everyone.

5Variant Cover Art – 5: Much cooler, should have been the main cover!

4Variant Cover Art – 4: Cute, would have fit if this was a kids graphic novel.

4Variant Cover Art – 4: Pretty sick, I must say.

5Variant Cover Art – 5: Now that’s a cover! Art, I say!
