Appearing on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” earlier this week, Melissa Benoist talks about the series finale of “Supergirl,” what she may have taken from the set, and the new children’s novel with her sister Jessica.

The series has had its up and downs but they will be hard pressed to find a better Supergirl than Melissa Benoist

While I haven’t been liking what’s been going on with the final season of Supergirl(mainly making Supergirl play second fiddle to supporting characters on her own show), Melissa has always been the highlight of the series for me. She had brought to the role of Supergirl what Reeve brought to Superman, believability. I will definitely miss seeing Melissa’s Supergirl after her series comes to a close.
