Laurie Metcalf, best known for her roles in “Roseanne” and “The Big Bang Theory”, has been cast to make a guest appearance on “Supergirl” as the estranged mother of Winn Schott (play by Jeremy Jordan).
Winn’s mother is scheduled to appear in the 15th episode of Season 3. His father, who is better known as the villain The Toyman, appeared during Season 1.
