To be honest, I’ve always thought that the Tempus charature rivaled Lex for the show’s importance in the level of villains. If Lex was Superman’s arch nemesis, Tempus would rival that spot or at the very least be number two on that list.

Lane Davies is an extremely charismatic dude. I have an unhealthy love for Lois & Clark and, yeah, there’s no going around the fact that Tempus is its top-tier original villain. He really should’ve made the transition into the comics.
