Who needs a secret identity in the DCU ?
Barry Allen’s identity has been known for decades, Arthur Curry has never had secret identity (he just uses “Aquaman” as a stage name) and the same goes for Cyborg.
Cyborg’s creation isn’t a Justice League scene. It is a Batman v Superman scene. We see it when Diana is watching Lex’s files.
