The CW has announced that the Season 2 premiere of “Supergirl” will take place on Monday, October 10 at 8.00pm.
While this will be the premiere of the second season of Kara’s adventures, it will be the debut of “Supergirl” on her new network, with the show having shifted from CBS to The CW at the end of Season 1.
The CW debut of “Supergirl” will also be the debut of Tyler Hoechlin as Superman, with the Man of Steel appearing in the first two episodes of the new season.
It appears as though the Season 1 Pilot episode will air the week after the premiere of Season 2, with The CW listing the October 17 episode of “Supergirl” as being the “original episode”.
