The recent Superman Day celebration in Jakarta was a resounding success, bringing together fans of all ages for an afternoon dedicated to the iconic superhero. Organized by Arvin Chandra, owner of FIKSILMIAH comic store, in collaboration with the Superman Fans of Indonesia community, the event showcased Indonesia’s passion for the Man of Steel.

Held on April 27 in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta, the celebration featured a packed schedule of activities, with attendees participating in various Superman-themed festivities.
The highlight was the Best Outfit Competition, where Superman cosplayers competed for cash prizes. Other activities included a “Cake of Steel & Candle of Hope” ceremony, a collectibles auction fundraising for the Superman Fans National Gathering, and a special viewing party of “It Went By So Fast,” the final episode of Superman & Lois.

Every ticket (priced at Rp 59,000, with free entry for children under 13) included impressive freebies: a Superman ID card, goodie bag, pizza and drink, plus a blind bag containing comics valued up to Rp 300K. Lucky attendees also won door prizes including graded comics and Superman & Lois Season 4 Blu-rays.
The organizers also paid special tribute to Arandra Residence, who offered the venue space for free.
