In a live Facebook video conducted on Thursday night, “Arrow” star Stephen Amell spoke about the “Smallville” connection in The CW’s upcoming “Elseworlds” crossover that he says will be a “treat” for fans of the TV series.
While there has been some speculation that Tom Welling or Michael Rosenbaum might make an appearance, Amell has confirmed that that won’t be happening, and while we know that the Kent Farm scenes were filmed on the same location as that used for the “Smallville” TV series, there’s more to look forward to.
While he wasn’t a fan of “Smallville”, never having watched the series while he was growing up, Amell said there’s a moment of the crossover that “made me jump out of my seat.”
Additionally he adds, “If you’re a fan of ‘Smallville’, you might want to put down rubber sheets or something like that because, quite frankly, you might piss your pants”.
Let the speculation begin…
The special 3-night “Elseworlds” crossover event will begin in “The Flash” on Sunday, December 9 at 8.00pm ET, and then continue in “Arrow” on Monday, December 10 at 8.00pm ET, and will conclude with “Supergirl” on Tuesday, December 11 at 8.00pm ET.
