Helen Slater will participate in a Q&A discussion about “Supergirl” ahead of the film’s screening, which will start at 7.30pm PDT on Friday, 26 July at the Egyptian Theatre located at 6712 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles.
Now that’s a great image. That is Superman and Supergirl. What a shame we can’t get this in the DCU or the CW shows.
The Superman movie that never was.
Sigh…………… I would have loved to have seen Reeve’s Superman and Slater’s Supergirl in a movie together. Also a movie where Reeve’s Superman teamed up with Keaton’s Batman. That movie would have been legendary. Sadly it was never meant to be.
I think you, me and a million other fans were hoping for a Reeve-Keaton movie.
I would have loved to have seen that film multiple times in the theater had it been made. The closest we will ever get to see it, is one of those 1-2 minute fan films on YouTube where they take scenes from their films and put them together. It’s a shame that it never happened.

Sort of the way that despite how awful Superman III and IV are Reeve was always bringing his A game in terms of treating the character with respect, even when the scripts weren’t. Same goes for Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman. They all look like the walked right off the page and feel that way to in their… Read more »
Matt I”m sorry. But good looks and charm along with her very limited acting ability make S3 and 4 look like Academy Award winners. If anybody can appreciate Supergirl on her looks alone my hats off to them. It was torture to watch!
