Harry Styles Cast as Superman for “Superman: Legacy”
DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn today announced that Harry Styles has been cast as the new Man of Steel for the upcoming film “Superman: Legacy”.
Gunn took to Twitter to announce, “Harry is the perfect choice for the role – he is handsome, strong, and has the perfect combination of charisma and humility.”
The announcement is sure to send shock waves throughout the entertainment industry. Fans of Harry’s music are eager to see him take on the iconic role, while comic book fans are just thrilled to have the iconic characters brought to life in a new, refreshing way.
Casting the role wasn’t an easy task. Newly installed casting director Kristy Carlson had to find an actor who could embody the character of Superman while still being relatable to a modern audience. Fortunately, they found the perfect person in Harry.
The preparations for the film will begin almost immediately. Harry will need to train hard to develop his physique, while also working with a vocal coach to perfect his American accent. Reports are Harry is eager to spend time studying the comic books, to best understand the character of Superman and how he would fit into the script written by Gunn.

I have to admit, this one got me. Lol! 🙂
This is the best news ever! Only Harry could bring the optimism and gravitas needed for such such a serious undertaking as portraying the Man of Tomorrow for a new generation.
….now if only they could cast Timothee Chalamet as Louis (Lois) Lane, then this would truly be perfect!
Just give him a haircut and he’d look amazing.
