The historic Garland Theater in Spokane is hosting a special screening of the 1980 movie “Superman II,” with free admission available to all Movie Club members on April 16 at 7:00pm.
The screening, part of the theater’s ongoing commitment to celebrating cinema classics, will give audiences a chance to experience Christopher Reeve’s iconic portrayal of the Man of Steel on the big screen. “Superman II” is widely regarded as one of the most beloved superhero sequels of all time, featuring Superman’s confrontation with three Kryptonian villains led by General Zod.
The Garland Theater, a beloved Spokane landmark since 1945, continues its tradition of offering affordable entertainment options through initiatives like the Movie Club. Membership in the club provides benefits including free screenings, discounted concessions, and exclusive events throughout the year.
Non-members can still attend the screening at the theater’s regular admission price. The theater’s famous affordable concessions will be available, including their signature popcorn and selection of craft beers.
