First Look at Anti-Monitor for “Crisis on Infinite Earths” Crossover

ere’s your first look at LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor in ‘Crisis on Infinite Earths’

EW.com has been provided with the first official photo of LaMonica Garrett as the Anti-Monitor for The CW’s upcoming “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover event.

George Pérez’s landmark series Crisis on Infinite Earths, the comic upon which the crossover is based, it was revealed that the Monitor and the Anti-Monitor have been around since the creation of the multiverse and represent the positive matter and anti-matter universes, respectively. Millions of years ago, they waged a war that knocked them both unconscious for millions of years until Pariah’s (who will be played by Tom Cavanagh in the crossover) experiments on the multiverse woke them up. From there, the Anti-Monitor started consuming positive matter universes, which increased his power, and the Monitor recruited Earth’s heroes and villains to fight him and prevent the destruction of the multiverse

“Crisis on Infinite Earths” will begin with Part 1 – “Supergirl” on Sunday, December 8 at 8.00pm ET/PT, Part 2 – “Batwoman” on Monday, December 9 at 8.00pm ET/PT, Part 3 – “The Flash” on Tuesday, December 10 at 8.00pm ET/PT, Part 4 – “Arrow” on Tuesday, January 14 at 8.00pm ET/PT and Part 5 – “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” on Tuesday, January 14 at 9.00pm ET/PT

Sometimes it seems like they can’t wait to yank Spidey’s mask or Captain America’s. Thor’s helmet is a prime example. Even after all this time something in me is going “..his head is wrong”. Or like it’s unfinished when I see Thor on screen. Not a mask or helmet or hat but it’s kind of the same with Superman’s curl. It’s something I just associate… Read more »

I totally agree. These actors and actresses have to understand that they are in a comic-book show or movie and the popular characters they are playing are known for wearing uniforms (like wearing a mask) that made them so well loved. For example, in “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” even though Nick Fury told Spidy to take his mask off because everyone knew who he was, that wasn’t exactly the case. For a guy who is big on responsibility, he just takes off his mask in front of strangers. If the old Web-Head just kept his mask on, he might not… Read more »

His face looks like one of the white walkers from Game of Thrones……….

I sure hope that he has a helmet.

yeah… not so sure about the face, but I could maybe understand that the helmet in the art medium looks really cool, but in the real world I could maybe see it looking to cosplay or awkward.
