In the latest Superman Homepage Member Poll we asked you the following question:

Will you be buying the “Injustice” Animated Movie?

It was a close thing, but the definite “No” votes took out this poll with 32%, while the definite “Yes” votes were slightly less at 26%. There’s little doubt that “Injustice” is a polarizing topic when it comes to Superman fans.

Definitely a hard pass. I will not support evil Superman anymore. Call me when they make more positive Superman animated films.

Pretty much what I was going to say until you beat me to it, GodzillaofSteel. I hoped that game and the comics that DC ran to support it would die quickly, but I guess Evil Supes worked for some. But not for me.

@Steve Eden – “Evil Superman” works for (and is enjoyed by) hardcore Batman fans (who generally hate Superman because he’s a nice person and he has powers) and hardcore Marvel-fans who hate anything DC (but still think Batman is cool). Those are the 2 biggest groups who enjoy “Evil Superman.” I’m willing to bet that people who are genuinely fans of classic-good-guy-Superman probably don’t like this “Evil Superman” nonsense. I’d bet that Grant Gustin, Nicholas Cage, Dwight Howard, Shaquille O’Neal and Jerry Seinfeld are probably NOT a fan of “Evil Superman.” Grant Gustin probably accepts Superman getting temporarily “brainwashed to… Read more »
