As you can see above, Erica Durance today posted an image on instagram depicting Lois Lane and Clark Kent in Smallville, from the upcoming Crisis crossover, giving us a first look at the beloved characters from the previous series in their new, modern incarnation.
She captioned the image:

It is fun to see them together again but it’s also looking like their scenes will be on the farm so Tom doesn’t have to suit up.
I hope they are not wasted for a 5-minute cameo. You never know when dealing with Supergirl and the other shows. They owe their whole existence to Smallville. The CW super hero shows on the CW today, or anywhere else, do not rate in quality with Smallville.
I would love to see Brandon Routh have his own Superman Kingdom Come series. I thought he was a terrific Superman.
