Fathom Events, Warner Bros and DC invite you to a premiere event when Reign of the Supermen comes to cinemas nationwide for a special two-day event! The action-packed event will include two features, audiences will first see The Death of Superman followed by the brand-new release of Reign of the Supermen. The two-part film is an animated adaptation of “The Death of Superman,” DC’s landmark 1992-93 comic phenomenon, and features an all-star voice cast led by Jerry O’Connell (Carter, Stand By Me), Rebecca Romijn (X-Men, The Librarians) and Rainn Wilson (The Office, The Meg) as the voices of Superman, Lois Lane and Lex Luthor, respectively.

Animation and DC – capture the enormity of that story in terms of both action and emotion. Seeing both films, on the big screen, gives the fans another vehicle to unite and celebrate this beloved superhero and this landmark tale.”

Death of Superman must be doing very well for WB to do this. COOL!

Possibly, and I hope so, but it’s kinda tough to tell as it’s only 1 showing for each day (at least around me). This could be more of a marketing stunt instead of a lot of commercials.

Still, I really liked the sound design of DoS…hearing it on a theater’s pro speaker system would be a real treat.
