Danvers Sisters Central to The CW’s 4-Way Superhero Crossover

Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg has told Entertainment Weekly that, not only will Kara and Alex be the main focus of the stories taking place in Season 3 of “Supergirl”, but the Danvers sisters will also be central to the story taking place in this season’s 4-way superhero crossover.

“Kara and Alex are at the center of it through all four hours,” Kreisberg says. “One of the things we’ve been doing a lot this season is getting back to season 1 and really making it Danvers sisters-centric, so a lot of what’s going on this season is Kara and Alex doing things in tandem, and the crossover won’t be any different.”

This new crossover between “Supergirl”, “Arrow”, “The Flash”, and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” will begin on Monday, November 27 with “Supergirl” and “Arrow”, and continue on Tuesday, November 28 with “The Flash” and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow”.

“Supergirl” returns Monday, October 9 at 8.00pm ET, “The Flash” and “DC’s Legends of Tomorrow” return Tuesday, October 10 at 8.00pm ET and 9.00pm ET, respectively, while “Arrow” moves to Thursdays at 9.00pm ET on October 12, all on The CW.

First I was skeptical, but given how it’s a semi-return to season 1, I too am now looking forward.
