COVID Kills Supergirl/Batwoman Crossover

Supergirl/Batwoman

“Batwoman” showrunner Caroline Dries has told TVline.com that the previously planned crossover between “Supergirl” and “Batwoman” has been called off due to COVID-19 restrictions.

“We’re not really able to cross over because physically, we can’t cross crews due to the fear of exposure to COVID,” Dries explained. “So if Supergirl weren’t ending this year, I would say there would be more of a possibility. But I’m afraid that at least this year, we’re not going to be able to tap into that dynamic.”

“Supergirl,” the sixth and final season, is set to premiere on The CW later in 2021.

UN-related……..saw your man Brandon Sunday night on The Rookies. I will always see a Superman in him but he plays a role that has a bit of nastiness to it.

How was the episode? I should look up the episode on demand. I haven’t had time to watch it yet. A great actor can play both hero and villain convincingly. I remember that Brandon played the villain Shaw on the show Chuck and also a villain in the movie Scott Pilgrim vs the world. I thought his acting was impressive in those roles, so I look forward to see what he brings in this one.
