People all over the world are feeling the unfettered vengeance of the Spectre. Tartarus is attempting to escape his prison. The Amazons and the Justice League must work together to stop him. Meanwhile, Jim Corrigan must become one with the Spectre. To do that, he must forgive God. The world's population and the League are all more peaceful when he does so. Grievances and grudges are forgiven. God has freed the Justice League, and Tartarus has been returned to his incarceration. With that, the Justice League realize one thing. They work better together than they do apart.

4Story - 4: While this was a very good conclusion and a very good comic in general, the ending feels rushed. This arc perhaps would have benefited from another chapter. I'm all for short multipart sagas, but this one felt like some things were left out or went missing in the editing process. Still you won't find a more entertaining team book than this one in spite of the abrupt finale.

4Art - 4: The art merits a five, but the fact this arc hasn't had a consistent art style knocks its rating down. It's one of this series' few faults as a whole.

5Cover Art - 5: This is yet another awesome Gary Frank cover. I don't need to say any more than that.

5Variant Cover Art - 5: An iconic team deserves an iconic image, and this is it, ladies and gentlemen.
