Welcome to our 25th annual awards ceremony for the world of Superman! The SHIELD Awards give you, the fans, the opportunity to voice your opinions about comics with a 2025 cover date, Superman related Movies, TV shows, and Superman merchandise released in 2025.
By voting in the 2025 SHIELD Awards, you automatically go into the draw for a chance to win Steve Younis’ new book “Man of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”.
Voting is open from December 2, 2025 until 11.59pm EST on December 15, 2025 and the name of the winner of the prize will be announced on the Superman Homepage website on December 16, 2025.
There are 10 categories in all for you to vote on. They are:
- Best Comic Book Writer
- Best Comic Book Artists (Pencilling/inking team)
- Best Regular Superman Title
- Best Superman Family Book (i.e. Other Superman-family comics)
- Best One Shot, Limited Series, or Guest Appearance (i.e. Other Superman-related comics)
- Best Story/Story arc in the Regular Superman Titles
- Best Comic Book Cover
- Best Reprint/Trade Paperback
- Best Appearance in an Alternative Media (i.e. TV, books, movies, etc.)
- Best Product (i.e. toys, statues, prints, etc.)
